We understand that plans change and life gets in the way sometimes, but in order to be fair to all of our clients we ask you to follow our late cancellation/no show policy. By registering for class, you are agreeing to the terms of our late cancel and no show policy.

• • All classes must be cancelled 12 hours prior to the start of class or you will be assessed a late cancellation charge ($15 charge or loss of class).
  • If you cancel within 1 hour of the class start time, you will be assessed a no-show fee ($20 charge or loss of class).
  • If you are on an "unlimited" package, associated fees will be charged. If you are not on an unlimited packages, any late cancellations and/or no shows will result in a forfeiture of your class.

  Late Cancel and No Show fees are processed each Tuesday for the previous seven days.

  Rebooking: If your plans change, there is a $15 fee to rebook you to a LATER class. We are happy to accommodate moves to earlier class times if spots are available.
